This 2009 Balboa Toy Hauler camper is in MINT condition. Everything works 100% and has been garage kept. It has a load capacity of 5600 lbs which means you can put a car in it. The beds go up and down electronically with a push of a button to allow you to pull in whatever you want to haul. It is equip with a goose neck instead of a 5th wheel so it pulls super nice. Behind my F350 it rides so smooth you dont even know its back there.
About a month ago I purchased 6 new tires and had them installed. There is also a matching spare. It has fresh gas in it with a 50 gallon fuel tank that the cummins generator and fuel nozzle share for your toys. I did a complete generator service about a year ago. I recently changed almost all the interior lighting to LED and whatever was not already on the outside to led. I spent over $1000.00 upgrading the lighting. While the tires were done, all bearings were checked and repacked along with brake cleaning and adjustment.
Just a few months ago i purchased a 55 inch LG ULTRA 4K TV from best buy and a swivel mount. I also purchased a 4k player to go with it. The picture is amazing. I went top of the line at best buy. There is a Bluetooth soundbar mounted inside along with a stereo that has indoor and outdoor speakers with a switch to turn one or the other off. Plus there is a smaller tv above the sink on a swivel with a built in CD player.
I recently did a flush on the hot water system like recommended from the manufacturer. It works great. Fridge is in excellent shape and works great on propane or electric. The pics of the fridge was from yesterday. You see I keep food and frozen stuff in there. The awning is a checkered flag style with no rips or fading. It opens and closes perfectly and is in excellent condition.
I don't think the stove or oven have ever been used though I know they both work as I have tested them. Heat and a/c work excellent. This camper is heavy duty and if it is taken care of it will last a very long time.
