Very Clean And mechanically sound. You could drive this across the USA the day after you buy it!
The RV is an all fiberglass Winnebago and it has the 6 lug nut 1 ton rear end and the 6 cylinder EFI engine with the overdrive transmission. It is not the crawling dog that the 4 cylinder Toyota’s are. We get between 13 and 16 to the gallon. Tires have about 3k miles on them and lots of tread and the alignment is good. The interior is spotless and sleeps 6 (really 4 adults and two kids and the sofa folds out to a bed). All systems work (hot water, gas, toilet) and there is half a tank of propane remaining. The cab has cold air and the seats are NOT worn AND have the original W on the fabric for Winnebago! The radio is a Kenwood AM/FM with a CD port and a USB port and there are two more USB ports in the cigarette lighter. We have a recent smog from the last 6 months and we have a clean title. There are no dents to the camper or truck body. Windows to driver’s cab are tinted.
Features:
Full kitchen. Sink, oven and four burner stove.
Full bathroom: toilet, sink, shower.
Ice box and freezer.
All lights work-inside and out.
Wood floor (not dirty carpet!)
All seats and bed in excellent condition.
All window have blinds.
Lots of storage space. Closet off of bathroom.
I have very recently (last 1000 miles) replaced the following and have receipts:
All fluids, including oil, tranny and radiator.
Air filter.
New timing belt and all other belts (air conditioner and power steering and alternator).
New water pump and thermostat.
Hoses (lower and upper radiator hose)
New plug wires and plugs.
New Monroe shocks on all wheels.
New coach battery
New black and grey dump valves
New tinted glass in front bunk window overhang.
Eight new marker lights on the exterior.
The brakes were inspected in February and have lots of material remaining.
Other amenities include:
Rear outside shower.
The rear duel tires have braided stems so the inner tire is easy to check and add air, if necessary.
There is a reading light in the overhead bunk and the bunk has the curtains to block out light.
Microwave with power outlet in a cabinet.
I have 3 sets of keys.
